Higher Education
JSA has successfully completed over 40 projects for two major West Texas higher education clients; Odessa College and the University of Texas of the Permian Basin. Projects have included campus master plans, science labs, student centers, teaching labs, computer labs, executive conference rooms, outdoor pavilions, playing fields, student apartments, administration offices, and work on a campus art museum and theater.
